We understand that booking an apartment in student accommodation is sometimes not an easy decision. We also know that your personal circumstances can change unexpectedly before moving to your new accommodation. The procedure in the event of cancellation is described in these terms and conditions.

Right of withdrawal If you have not viewed the apartment before signing the contract, you can cancel the booking in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). You have the right to cancel your contract with us within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. The notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made within the withdrawal period. Consequences of cancellation If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately reimburse you for all amounts you have paid, but no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment for this repayment as for the original transaction unless you expressly make a different agreement with us. We do not charge any fees for this repayment.

If the transfer of use has already taken place at your request during the withdrawal period, you pay an appropriate amount of the total amount of the transfer of use under this contract, which corresponds to the use of the apartment up to the time of the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal for this contract.
