Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 50 fine. In the event of any damages caused to the guest house the card used to make the reservation will be charged. Cribs and extra beds cannot be provided or allowed in any rooms. The lead guest must be 18 years and older. Whilst the social distancing measures are in effect, guests will be allocated either 08:00 or 09:00 breakfast start times, allocation will take place upon check in. It is especially important for guests to be on time. Any forgotten items which guests wish to be posted to them will cost the postage and packaging amount plus a GBP 5 handling fee. There is a charge for any more people than the number stated in the booking turning up. Guests aged 3 years and older will be charged GBP 15 per person per night and guests aged below 3 years will be charged GBP 10 per person per night, subject to availability. Please note that if more people than the number stated in the booking turn up there is a risk that the property may not be able to accommodate them. The maximum number of people including children and infants that can sleep in a single bed is 1, and for a double bed it is 2. Guests with special dietary needs are kindly asked to bring their own food and drinks and the property will store it for them for breakfast.
